My love for animals arguably started with Pebbles and Bam-Bam, the kittens my family adopted when I was 4. (My oldest sister would argue it started with my relentless obsession with listening to “Baby Beluga” on repeat as a baby, but I digress.) In 2016, I rescued my soulmutt Bean, a sweet and spunky husky-mix who’s since charmed The Internet with our dinnertime conversations.
I’ve even spent a decade of my life in pet food marketing–a career that brought together my love for pets and my creative side. And somewhere along the way, my passion for pet photography blossomed. Every office dog had their own kind of magic and I became drawn to photographing it: like the poise of the regal ridgeback who ruled the office or the sweet pittie whose charm was only matched by her naughty streak.
My lifelong love of animals and years spent surrounded by pets have given me a knack for spotting what makes each one special. That’s exactly what I love to capture: the little things that make them, them.
I could talk all day about your pet—their story, their antics, the way they steal your spot on the couch like it’s their birthright. Drop a line and let’s get started!
A low-key, stress-free way to capture your pet in their element. These one-hour sessions take place right at home, where your pet feels most comfortable. This gives them time to warm up to me (and my camera) without outside distractions—no overwhelming smells, other dogs, or unfamiliar environments. Just them, being themselves.
Want to explore beyond home? Let’s head to the park, the beach, or wherever your pet loves to be. These 90 minute sessions give us time to capture a mix of posed and candid shots.
Whether they’re celebrating a new adoption, a birthday, or honoring a pet in their final chapter, a photography session is the perfect gift for the pet parent in your life.
